Faceplate
This tester is an inexpensive hand-loaded sorting system. Pneumatically
powered for minimum operator fatigue, this tester has light outputs for
low, good or high test conditions. The test can be set to cycle automatically,
and the frequency can be set to match the application and user. The force
is limited to 200 lb and can be reduced using the air regulator for safe
operation. Hand loaded test rates can be up to 2,000 / hour.
As a fatigue cycler, the Super Sorter can be set to cycle at rates of up to 3,000
/ hour. It can be programmed to shut off at a predetermined number of cycles,
or if the tested parts exceed the test load tolerances.
Multiple small parts can be fatigue tested at the same time with optional 4” Ø work
platforms.
Power requirements: 115 VAC 60 Hz, 80 PSI air pressure
