Spring Gage Accessories

The spring gage utilizes many accessories to automate and control the spring coiling process. Choose which accessory page you would like to view.
	Probes, Tips and Holders Probes – Armored cabling and temperature stabilization ensure an accurate free-length reading. Tips – Protect your probe and gather more precise measurements with tips that match your spring diameter. Holders – LSI offers two probe holders; the stationary PB309 for smaller springs, and the retractable RP2 for larger springs.

	Read Switches Attach a read switch to your coiler's cam shaft to trigger the probe measurement. Reading is once per cycle.

	Shutdown Control Shutdown the coiler directly from the gage automatically when parts are not within specification.

	Pitch Adjust Motors Adjust the spring pitch based on previous springs' length results from the spring gage.

	Sorting Devices Choose between air and electrical-powered sorting chutes. Up to 5 way sorting is available.
