This tester is an inexpensive hand-loaded hot or cold presetter, or fatigue cycler. It has no force measuring capability, but is pneumatically powered for minimum operator fatigue. Preset or cycle parts up to 200 lb and up to 4” Ø. Hand loaded preset rates can be up to 2,000 / hour.
As a fatigue cycler, the Super Presetter can be set to cycle at rates of up to 3,000 / hour. It can be programmed to shut off at a predetermined number of cycles.
Power requirements: 120 / 240 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz.
Air supply: 80 - 120 psi (5.5 - 8.25 bar)
