
This tester can be an inexpensive hand-loaded or bowl fed presetter, or fatigue cycler. Pneumatically powered for minimum operator fatigue. Preset or cycle parts up to 500 lb and up to 4” Ø.
Hand loaded preset rates can be up to 1,200 / hour. Bowl fed to 1,200 / hour
As a fatigue cycler, the Automatic Presetter can be set to cycle at rates of up to 3,000 / hour. It can be programmed to shut off at a predetermined number of cycles.
Parts can be automatically sorted with a 3 or 5 way sorter.
Power requirements: 120 or 240 VAC, 50or 60 Hz. 80-120 PSI air pressure.
